I’m Cortney, I’m 23 years old and I’ve been a Cosmetologist since 2021. I specialize in Colors (Highlights/Lowlights/Balayage/Roots/All over colors/Vivids), Haircuts (Cadō Curly Cut/Mens Cuts/Womens Cuts/Childrens Cuts), Extensions, Waxing, Makeup and Scalp/Hair Treatments. I absolutely love my job. Creating looks and services built for anyone who walks in the door is something I have always made sure to do! Cancellation Policy
Late Policy:
If you are 15 minutes past your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. If you do not reach out to let me know you are running behind it will then cross into a No Call/No Show.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel day of your appointment or within 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost.
No Call/No Shows:
If you do not show up to your appointment and don’t call or text you will be charged 75% of your appointment cost.
I understand things come up and I will always be willing to accommodate where I see fit!
There are NO refunds. But anyone who is unhappy with the work has 7 days to reach out for a fix to be free of charge. After 7 days I can only offer a discount up til day 14. Otherwise it will be full price if it is after 14 days.
